Mother Shrek PDF Pattern
Behold, you too, can now craft your very own Mother Shrek! 'Tis a holy day indeed.
In this intermediate-advanced embroidery pattern, you'll be provided with a printable pattern of Mother Shrek and a complete color guide for DMC Threads to complete the design. There's also a 16-page guide with hand-illustrated reference images to help you along!
This PDF is also for a circular hoop design, as opposed to the oval shape that I used for the original Mother Shrek. I chose to make that adjustment for this instructional because round hoops are a lot easier to come by, and can be more affordable than oval hoops!
An excruciatingly ambitious beginner (read: me most of the time) might find this pattern fun and challenging, but I recommend a mild background with embroidery before beginning. It's a design with fine details and tight corners, and best results come through patience and precision!
This is a DOWNLOADABLE PDF, not a physical embroidery product. You will need access to a tablet or laptop/desktop computer, a printer, and for certain optional finishing touches, access to YouTube.com.
Have fun with it and add beading, lace, ribbon, sequins, or real onion!
